Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Agent for our Real Estate Marketing Agency.
The responsibilities of that position are calling the inbounds leads and follow up in order to schedule an appointment with our agent or live transfers them directly.
Must have experience calling real estate leads to set appointments, must have great communication skills, EMPATHY and must speak English fluently. (Speaking French is a big plus)
