The MDR role is first and foremost an end-to-end role whereby you will be expected to bring in new revenue for the company. It might involve generating and nurturing leads, prospecting new market opportunities and establishing new relationships with logistics partners. A laser-focus on client success is essential - it will involve supporting the operations and customer service teams involved in the logistics value chain.
Some of the detailed tasks would be:
Source and qualify leads in Philippines and assigned SEA territories;
Pitch to qualified leads for our end to end solutions with timely quotation prepared and sent;
Create and maintain “a map of the e-commerce landscape” in Philippines (priority) and other target regions;
Create rapport and build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance using all possible communication channels
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information;
Uphold Aersure’s highest standard of service quality.
