Senior Full-stack developer for ticketing platform from scratch (specs inside....node.js preferred)

We're in need of a ticketing platform where our franchise locations can run paid & free events.

I'd prefer Node.JS on both front & backend dev because it keeps server costs low. But this can be discussed.

The right developer will be excellent at dev ops, server setup (AWS or DigitalOcean, please be ready to make a recommendation and justification), backend development, as well as front-end development/implementation. And must also be highly proficient with Stripe Marketplaces

Tech Stack:
- Bitbucket (preferred)
- Trello (project management)
- AWS or DigitalOcean (based on recommendation of best performance for lowest cost)
- Stripe (must have experience with marketplaces and splitting payments, and so we can create a customized payments platform around this)
- Node.JS (preferred for both back & front-end, maybe could be convinced otherwise with good reason)
