Local Furniture Outlet is seeking a Customer Service agent(s) for our e-commerce business division. This candidate will be responsible for providing customers with assistance via phone and
Duties Include:
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels (phone,
• Follow orders step by step through the process to ensure they arrive at the customer(s) home in a timely fashion.
• Analyze and address warranty issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Use knowledge of claim inquiry
• Maintain strong business relationships with client and other claims personnel
• Maintain well-documented notes, to be read and understood by not only claims but also staff
• Analyze complex damages
• Comply with all Warranty procedures
• Follow up with the customer(s) on their experience
• Send freight rate requests and/or schedule trucks
• Acknowledge purchase orders, bill of lading, and other documents for accuracy.
• Process and receive shipments
• Analyze invoices for discrepancies and submit adjustment claims
• Perform any other duties requested by management.
Requirements:
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in web navigation,
• Presentation: Friendly, outgoing attitude with the ability to gain rapport with prospective clients.
• Strong verbal communication: Clear English-speaking voice.
• Excellent written communication: Spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience in the furniture industry a plus
• High School Diploma minimum.
• Ability to maintain a professional & a courteous demeanor at all times.
• Strong internet connection.
• Able to work within the hours of 8 AM to 9 PM US CST
• Able to work weekends
