Compensation:
20,000 PHP salary. Health Insurance benefits after 6 months. Full US holidays and Philippine Holy Week Observed


Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will perform various real estate marketing tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience in working graveyard shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Running Comps / CMA's / REnt-Lease Valuations
List Management
Lead Management
Creating Offers and Contracts
Skip Tracing Leads
Calling / Texting / Responding to Seller
Managing Facebook / Twitter / Instagram /craigslist postings
Managing Facebook Business Pages, Business Manager & Ad Manager
Posting to other Social Media Sites as needed
Creating Visual Ads or managing fiver creatives
Creating "creative content" or manager fiver creatives
Requirements and Qualifications:

-Experience in being a Real Estate VA
-With recent experience working graveyard
-Experience in PowerPoint, or Canva
-Experience in Social Media Management
-Ability to read and write notes in English
-Experience Using CRM, Google Hangouts, and zoom
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Can commit to long term employment
-Solid organizational skills
-Stable Internet
-Punctual and dedicated
-Excellent English Grammar and Speaking Skills
