Goal: Healthy flow of qualified recruits into WRS Health to meet our growth needs.

Responsibilities

1.Sourcing and attracting candidates by using our sourcing methods.
2. Researching other effective sourcing methods.
3. Building processes to apply better sourcing methods.
4. Qualifying candidates based on the current process and working to better the process through research -using the interview process, cognitive testing, technical test etc.
5.Take ownership of the candidate experience - including clarity of job descriptions, posting, requirement, and communications.
6. Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
