RPO Recruiter

We are a healthcare staffing firm based in California with RPO and VMS contracts with major healthcare organizations. We are looking for a home-based recruiter looking to work Pacific Standard Time on our requisitions. The position has a base pay of 22,000 Peso and an attractive per hire bonus.

The recruiter would get remitted their salary weekly.


Duties:
1. Full-cycle recruiter (VMS Account Manager and
Recruiter) in beginning
2. Ability to pivot into Team Lead for VMS orders and
lead a remote recruitment team.
3. Staffing critical-need healthcare positions (RN, MD/
DO, PharmD, etc)


Requirements:
1. 3+ years VMS experience (We are on FocusOne
and Medefis)
2. Experience with managing VMS submissions and
processes
3. US Nurse Recruitment is required
4. Good internet connection and ability to work from
home
5. Must be able to start and fill 4-10 temp healthcare
workers a month.
6. Able to bring over procedures from their last VMS job
7. Self-starter/motivated to help facilities in this time of
need
8. Perfect written and spoken English
