We are looking for a full time partner to work 40 hours a week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard TIme. ( some hour flexibility available)

Test of Skill: creativty, efficiency, time management, software knowledge, & dependability

Starting Income: $3.00

We are looking for an individual with trust, dependability and consistency that we can partner with to bring us to the next level! Results will be documented and compensated for growth.

What we are looking for is a Creative and Talented Designer! Who can create Awesome Flyers, Post Cards, T-shirt Graphics, Business Cards and much more so that we can bring Our Cutting Edge Real Estate Team to the next level!

We do utilize CANVA. We would require that you have a computer, webcam, and a digital content editor capable of creating and editing image and videos like ADOBE.

Some of the creative projects would include:

Building our content on WordPress for our website

Creating Holiday Cards & Birthday Cards to be automated for future posts
Posting on Social Media Accounts on groups and friends profiles to stay relevent
Inspirational quotes created and distributed on Various Social Media Accounts
Open House Flyers, Just Sold Flyers.etc.
Word Press website development
Indeed job ad creation/ copy/ post



Facebook job ad creation/ copy/ post



Facebook Real Estate Listing ad creation/ copy/ post
Created Leads input to Database



Email Signatures
Headshot Vectors
Business Card For New Agents
Create Training Videos after you have become Proficient in your individual activities you are entrusted to complete on a day to day basis.
Misc. Business activities that help us Grow!!

Many of these will be automated once past original conception of the design.

We will ask during the interview process that you Send us a video of you answering a number of questions about yourself so that we may be better acquainted.

You will also be asked to perform a set of task to prove efficiency and general fit.
