Looking for Customer Support Representatives To Join Our Expanding Team

Hi! We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our fast-growing Vancouver-based E-Commerce company. You will receive training and will work directly with the Operations Manager and other staff members to help take their customer support and order processes to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customers have the best experience when asking for general inquiries, order status inquiries and other customer requests;
- Basic social media management;
- Respond to customer reviews.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of customer support experience;
- Experience in Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication, organization and time management skills;
- Expert in working from home with high speed internet and fast computer.
