Full time, salaried Wedding Manager position.

I am looking to hire another amazing virtual manager for my wedding business! Fixed hours are worked (9am to 5am CENTRAL time) but it can be done from anywhere, as long as the work is done in a timely manner.

Responsibilities will include:

-Verification of invoices.
-Sending of payroll to our photographers / videographers/editors (when the bookkeeper is not available)
-Creation of simple reports in Excel/Sheets.
-Scheduling of photographers and videographers to weddings.
-Send weekly reminders to photographers / videographers of your upcoming weddings.
-Sending final photos / videos to clients.
-Customer service by email & phone.
-Recruit new photographers / videographers using our systems.
-Virtual assistant to the owner when time permits.
-Ability to update several websites as needed.
-Experience with Canva or Canva-like app STRONGLY preferred.

I will be receiving LOTS of applications. Here are bonus attributes I am looking for, skills here will get you a heads up on your competition:

-FLUENT Spanish writers [should speak it decently enough as well, but writing is much more important.
-Experience in setting up/optimizing ClickUp as well as using it.
-Experience in GoHighLevel automations and optimizations.
-Experience creating websites that rank [not Wordpress].

Payment: $ 140 per week to start, after a few months you can see bonuses too. There are several training videos and documents. You can watch them on the clock.
