- Takes charge of all the paperwork needed for the trucking business operations.
- Preparation of invoices and bills payment.
- Communication with the suppliers and clients.
- Monitors all the due dates and the needed document for its completion (inspections,
driver’s requirements). Reminding of such things to assigned persons.
- E-mail management and online filing management – Must be VERY organized.
- Preparation of scheduled payroll weekly.
- Using of Quickbooks for updating of finances, deposits, balances, expenses and
payments.
- We use Microsoft Access to enter billing.
- Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office including Microsoft ACCESS
- Must have basic knowledge about Excel and Word.
- Must speak great English and be able to write?
- Must be a fast learner and fast worker.
- Must have a PC.
- Must know google calendar to keep things organized.
- Must know how to use dropbox and google drive.
- Must answer incoming calls for the office.
- Must have fast internet connects to be able to do task.
- Must know how to split PDF documents.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have more than 2 years of office admin experience.
MUST have experience using:
