Create quote to cash documents. Template invoice, terms and conditions etc

Identify and produce documents required for a cyber business which sells services via a website and then delivers the service physically.

The website will be the lead generator for sales. Customers will enter details into contact form on the website which will be sent to myself where I will; then call back to discuss the required service. The type of service, price and delivery date will be agreed then the service will be provided on the agreed date. Once the service has been delivered then the job is complete.

I am open to advice but I believe 50% payment should be made upon booking the service and the remaining amount should be paid on completion. Please feel free to advice with your experience.

I am looking for someone to produce the required documents for the above process. A guide would be: terms of business, invoices and email templates. Should you have any other ideas then let me know.

The services sold are: cyber security infrastructure penetration testing, web application security testing and wireless security testing.

Please let me know how long this would take and what you will deliver.
