JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Lead Intake Manager

Compensation: Hourly Full-time

Reports To: Director of Acquisitions

Time Commitment:
Full Time
Core office hours are 9am-5pm
Meetings as required:
Acquisitions Department Weekly Meeting


Travel: None

Lead Intake a Specialist Role:

The “central hub” of the REinvest Home LLC as the initial point of contact in the office and on the phone.
Work side by side with the Direction of Acquisitions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business by performing the functions outlined below.

Lead Intake and Closing Coordination Specialist Job Functions:
Answering inbound phone calls
Input leads in our company’s CRM, Salesforce (online software for managing clients).
Set up appointments for our Acquisitions Specialists, Real Estate Agents, and/or Property Managers to meet with sellers, landlords, and/or prospective tenants
Outbound follow-up calls
Outbound cold calling
Minor office administrative tasks when needed
Request for reviews from all involved parties

Lead Intake Specialist Keys for Success:
Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
Extreme ownership of performance
Maintaining a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Finding and brainstorming ways for things to work.
Efficient time management
Maintain a positive, team oriented culture where team feedback is encouraged
Self educating and requesting support as needed
Basic “tech-savviness” and ability to adapt to new softwares or applications

Lead Intake Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
No missed calls
Website/Lead forms called back within 5 minutes
1 hour cold-calling daily
Total of 100 calls made daily
Minimum 2 appointments set/daily
“No lead left behind” -- Meticulous follow up per policies and procedures
Customer satisfaction high



Lead Intake Specialist Compensation




Compensation: $6/hr base salary

Commission:

$250 for any deal closed over the phone
$25 for any cold-call appointment deal
$500/ flip for any self-generated deal or referral

Commission will be paid out at the time of property closing. Commission is only eligible for payment during the time of employment.
