We're looking for a new full-time support agent and order fulfiller for our eCommerce Shopify business as well as act as a support agent for our course/membership program.
We're looking for someone familiar with:
- Shopify
- Freshdesk
- Oberlo
- Stripe
--- For Shopify ---
You will be asked to perform basic tasks such as fulfilling orders daily through Oberlo with our product supplier, answering customer questions such as providing tracking numbers, processing refunds, and etc. The platform we're using is FreshDesk.
--- For Our Membership Site ---
You will be operating mostly inside of FreshDesk and Stripe to cancel customer's subscriptions, process refunds, mitigate chargebacks and answer questions about the product which is very simple and will be explained to you upon hiring.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and can carry a polite and helpful demeanor with customers.
