Looking for An E-commerce Fulfillment Expert To Join Our Expanding Team

We are looking for a Shopify Fulfillment Expert to help our Vancouver-based client with their e-commerce site. You will be working with the Operations Managers and other staff members to help take their shop to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Waybill management;
-Fulfillment communications;
-Respond to incoming customer service tickets;
-Work with customer service team to communicate with customers as needed;
-Other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years experience with Shopify
- 2 years experience in Photoshop
- Experience with Gooten and/or other Print-On-Demand services is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Has a high speed internet
- Outstanding time-management skills
