Digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) and social media management

I run an online business selling an eLearning course to doctors taking a tough postgraduate course.

I'm looking for a colleague with experience of digital marketing to strategise, manage and optimise our digital marketing platforms.

I advertise on Google Ads, YouTube and Facebook. I also use MailChimp although familiarity with this is not essential.

I'm looking for a colleague with experience of digital marketing to manage and optimise our digital marketing platforms. If you generate results (in terms of positive return on ad spend) I'd want this to become a permanent appointment.

I'd also like you to run our social media management (Facebook, Twitter) for us. This consists of designing and writing posts for me to approve then posting when authorised.

Duties:
- Analysing and providing strategic advice on our marketing platforms;
- Helping generate creatives for Facebook and Google display Upgrade to see actual info;
- Producing weekly lists of keyword searches in Google to help us optimise Google Ads with negative keywords;
- Split testing creatives, audiences, targetting options, etc. to optimise ROAS;
- Initially weekly calls to discuss requirements and tasks for the upcoming week, later these will spread out;
- Generating specimen posts for our social media management accounts to help us keep on top of posting on Facebook and Twitter and boost audiences.

For someone with experience in digital marketing this should total much less than ten hours' work per week and I'd expect you to be able to work with other employers outside of these obligations.
