JOB OVERVIEW

The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for the overall administrative functions and HR services including Employee Relations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related course

· Minimum of three (3) year experience in the same field.

· Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

· Detail oriented and an efficient worker in a fast-paced office environment

· Exceptional communication skills

· Superior organization skills

· Excellent people management skills

· Dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner

· Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily,

· Ensure deadlines are met and work with accuracy

Duties and Responsibilities

ADMIN

· Process billings of utilities and all other related payments and ensure that everything is paid on a timely manner

· Assisting on all office concerns (broken furniture’s, busted lights, leak, maintenance and etc.)

· Assist and document employee requests and reservations for meeting rooms, admin vehicle, etc.

· Assisting on processing of Business permit, Fire permit etc.

· Release admin Memos & Letters needed for unit owners, authorization, complaints, bldg. owner, office and etc.

· Prepare admin reports – budget, monthly & yearly accomplishment and etc.

· Coordination and alignment of Third Party agencies such as but not limited to the Security Guards, Janitorial/Maintenance services, etc.

· Monitoring of all request for payment request / O.R.’s/ Liquidation/ other finance related matters

· Monitoring of all repair & changes in the office facilities.

· Oversee all maintenance works and maintenance personnel

· Oversee liaison officers, messengers and drivers

· Monitoring of work performance for Security guards (HO & Warehouse), janitors (HO & warehouse), messenger, driver and admin assistants

· Monitoring and implementing all building and company processes

· Monitoring of Admin files filled properly by year

· Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

HR

· Initiate employee programs and ensure participation of employees

· Assist HR Manager in all other HR related activities such as recruitment and employee relation

· Ensure timely submission of government remittances, loans and other payments and registration

· Cascade HR Policies and other HR & Admin announcements
