The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing sales and promotional plan for Key Accounts – Food, Non – Food and Institutional.
Skills Required:
•Graduate of any Business or Marketing related course or equivalent
•At least three (5) years of work experience as HR Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands or accounts
•Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop Sales Plan and Promotional Plans accounts for brands carried in Key Accounts
•Handle Promotions, Collection, and business evaluation and reviews.
•Coordinate Inventory, Delivery, Supply Issues as well as management of Bad Orders, and depletion plans.
•Review and Present to Management current sales and operational issues as well as give directions for forward Sales and Distribution Plans.
•Suggest and recommend product matrix plan for key accounts as well as strengthening of carried items.
•Negotiate with Key Accounts on Sales and Support related matters.
•Present and Execute In-Store Merchandising and Promotional Activities to Merchandising Supplier in line with approved work plans.
•Manage Forecasts and Sales Achievements of all Key Account Personnel reporting to the Head of Key Accounts
•Monitors competitive activities of competitors in trade and makes reports and recommendations to management.
•Monitors competitive activities of competitors in trade and makes reports and recommendations to management.
•Monitors and instructs daily/weekly/monthly route plans of sales coordinators assigned to his/her accounts. Gives instructions on plan of action based on issues on trade level reported by sales
•promotion to Sr Key Accounts Manager > Key Accounts Head > or transfer to other sales departments.
