I’m looking for a part-time integrator/virtual assistant to work initially 10/15 hours per week. This is potentially a long-term position for the right person who will step more and more into the integrator role as the business grows.

About Me:
I am a successful mindset coach, writer and course creator. I teach entrepreneurs how to incorporate energy work, spirituality and mindset into their life and business.
I’m looking for someone who wants to growth with me and my business for many years to come and be an integral part of the day to day running of the business.
About You:
You must be interested in personal development as you will grow and evolve in this role with me, but you must also want this for yourself.
This is NOT an entry-level assistant position. You must be experienced as I need you to help me grow my business using skills that you already bring to the job.
Expect to get several requests/day from me, many of which include tasks that must be done that day. I work very intuitively so I will require you to be a quick thinker and be able to action my ideas.
You must have impressive follow through and perfect attention to detail and you must be willing to think like a leader. I am kind and patient but speak directly. I expect the work to be done correctly and on time. I want to be able to trust you in this role.
You will need to be able to understand my overall vision and anticipate next steps and needs for the business.
I don't need you to be an Internet marketing expert yourself. But I do need you to have a good understanding of how online marketing works, including lead magnets, opt-in pages, sales pages,

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Edit and format newsletters, select appropriate images to match content, and schedule
Create and send weekly “round up”
Post my content to the blog and other external sites.
Upload video and pdfs to membership course.
Create landing pages and sequence
Handle social media posts.
Create yourself, or instruct a graphic design team member on SM posts, PowerPoints etc.
Handle the role of Co-Host to assist me on regular Zoom calls – usually at 7pm AEST/AEDT
Easy audio editing and upload to membership site on Kartra.
Collect testimonials from customers and store in a Google Docs for use in future marketing.
Knowledge of available systems and suggest their use when required for smooth flow of workload.
Knowledge and Skills:
Graphic Design: If possible, create beautiful social media graphics and worksheets that strengthen my brand – or instruct a team member to do so.
Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, FB, Instagram, Zoom, LinkedIn, Trello. Garage band/other audio editing software.
Social Media experience essential.
Experience using all aspects of Kartra and Wordpress for uploading blog – or ability to learn quickly. I can guide you
Education and Experience
Ability to handle several
Highly organised and efficient
Trustworthy and honest with strong personal integrity – this is essential.
Forward-thinker who can proactively handle circumstances and situations to head off any crisis situations
Experience managing calendars (via Kartra and Google Calendars)
Must respond to messages within 2 hours during the hours of 10AM - 7PM AEST,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks
Perfectionist, super attention to detail
Since this is a virtual position, must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, with some face time via Zoom.
