Responsibilities:
- Answering phone queries from the customers
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers with their order issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their order issues have been resolved
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus (we are an e-commerce business and we are 100% home-based)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience with Shopify is also a plus
- Can work during weekdays
- Can start asap, shift will be from 10pm to 7am or 12am to 9am
