Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media:
Creating posts in our social media scheduler for Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest
Reposting content useful to our audience on social media
Instagram community management, engaging with followers

Digital Marketing:
Setting up blog posts in Squarespace
Creating email opt-in forms in Squarespace
Managing contacts and newsletters in Mailchimp
General website management
Using Zapier & Deadline Funnel

Admin:
Creating reports using Google adwords to show conversions, leads, new visitors, etc
Answering basic customer service emails from the store
General admin tasks

THE POSITION
Part time, permanent position at 20 hrs/week, Monday-Friday with flexible hours.
Starting with a paid 4-week trial so we can both see if we work well together.
