Website Designer/Video Editor

I am looking for a Website designer and Video Editor. I will be giving out test projects to see if you can duplicate, before you get put on full time. My Hiring manager ---------- . I am looking for two full time positions. I have several projects that involve video editing and website designs. So the truth is I am looking for TWO long term employees.

There will be a small qualifying task that will be assigned, to verify that everyone on the team can do what they said they could do. As we all know, many times people use the work of others and claim it as their own. Our company wants to weed out those individuals and bring in great talent.
