Wanted: Manager for 4 staff team - Experience in creating SOP / Processes

We are a team of people working on various innovative internet concepts. Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we are expanding abroad with some of our websites in the affiliate marketing space.

We are currently looking for a well-motivated person from Eastern Europe who can work full time 40 hours per week (160 hours per month) and who can help us with the following tasks:

Daily responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the SEO team
- Conduct SEO optimization.
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are up-to-date
- Ensures up-to-date SEO strategies applicable to Google's recent algorithms

SEO tasks if needed (We can train you)

- Performing analysis on anchors, competitors' backlinks, and such.
- Competitor analysis for both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- Backlink analysis for both backlink acquisition and for disavowing ---------- petencies we are looking for are:
