Wordpress Themes Developer (Designer and Programmer)

My name is Viorel Rosu.

I need a person with a good knowledge of WEB DESIGN, CSS, HTML, PHP and JQUERY in order to design and program wordpress themes from scratch.

Other skills are a bonus, but not necessary. Of course you need to have a good English writing skills.

But above all I need this person to be reliable, honest and always willing to learn more.

I am not asking for perfection. First of all, I am this person.
As well I am a programmer too, so I know what I am asking for.

I am looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours/week) from home.
I expect him to not have another job except for working for me.
