Urgent Hiring - Full Time VA for Influencer Marketing

Our team is looking for a full-time team member to work 40 hours per week to help us in finding Instagram influencers.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
• Researching our competitors and the influencers they work with
• Finding and contacting influencers in niches related to our brands, with large audiences on Instagram
• Contacting our favourite influencers (those we have worked with in the past), to get new requests from them, to send them more items, to get more posts from them. We like to work with our favourite influencers at least once per month.
• You will keep a detailed, organised spreadsheet of all influencer collaborations, requests and links to posts

The ideal candidate must:
• Be creative, imaginative, and must absolutely LOVE Social Media and Influencer Marketing
• Have previous experience working with Influencers and Influencer Marketing
• Be able to keep track of work using Spreadsheets and Trello
• Follow instructions closely, and never be afraid to ask me questions if you need to

The following extra points are not requirements, but will help you in this role:
• Experience using Trello

• Experience using Shopify
• Experience using Gorgias
