Customer Service and Order Processing VA

We are looking for a VA with excellent Written / Verbal skills and experience in Shopify to manage our customer service and order processing operations for our Outdoor Furniture store. Your Tasks will include:

- Customer service through our Email, online Chat, phone support and social media channels. You will be answering questions about our products so you will need to be good at finding information in google fast or contact our suppliers in case you need extra information from them.

- Order processing and follow up, Which includes placing orders for invoicing with different suppliers through email or the supplier's preferred platform and uploading tracking numbers when the orders are shipped.

- Inventory update, you will be in charge of the weekly update of our inventory, advising which products are out of stock and what is the ETA for those items. This has to be updated through the shopify platform.

- Be able to make a daily report of tasks done.
