Amazon Listing Writer & Researcher - Starting PT, Can Become FT in 2 months

Company selling on Amazon and doing online marketing looking for a long-term writer who will work on Amazon product listings, short posts on social media, research on both Amazon and other platforms (according to our criteria) in order to improve our copy, etc.

We have a budget set aside to hire a writer right away.

The plan is to start with 20 hrs per week. And we'll add hours as the individual demonstrates s/he understands each process. The goal is to train chosen freelancer in each process for which you will be responsible :)

SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS JOB:
*Good writer (have experience writing effective copy)
*Detail oriented
*Understand difference between "feature" and "benefit"
*Prior experience as a writer (copywriter, social media writer, blog writer, anything in the writing category)

Our process for hiring is as follows:
1. Review applications and choose the top 2-4 candidates
2. Give each candidate the same 3-4 paid tasks (usually we pay $15-20 for this stage or more - based on the type of tasks)
3. Chose the top individual and engage into a 60-day Trial period
