Phone customer service represantative

Los Angeles based Escape Rooms company ( ---------- ) is looking for phone customer service representative to answer the phone calls and reserve escape rooms over a phone. Good english is a MUST. Schedule Friday - Sunday, 8 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
1) Answer calls;
2) Answer General Questions;
3) Provide availability at each of the location;
4) Be able to book a game over the phone is needed;
5) If the call is missed give customer a call back;
