First Line Compliment Writers

Hello looking for a VA to complete the following task:
Review a list of leads in a google doc
Write custom compliments in naturally sounding perfect English for each leads (see attached example)
Must be so personalized that you couldn’t send to anybody else
Must not be written in formal language
These compliments will be sent via personalized sales email
