Logistics Support

Hi. I am the owner of a small business ( ---------- ) based in the UK, and also an author ( ---------- ). The main responsibility will be managing the day to day of our workshop logistics. This includes:

• Liaising with clients to get their booking confirmed in our systems
• Setting up webinars in Zoom and making sure the client has everything they need to market the workshop internally
• Making sure our Trainers have everything they need to run the workshop smoothly
• Compiling post-workshop reports
• Answering the phone and dealing with inbound workshop enquiries

The ideal person will be:
• Confident on the phone and calling clients
• Have excellent spoken and written English skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be a fast learner who can follow processes and juggle multiple responsibilities
