---------- is a vacation rental management company. Our goal is to deliver exceptional experiences to guests who stay at our homes while making as much money for homeowners as possible. We are seeking a Guest Service Agent with friendly voice and professional attitude to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others. You should be detailed oriented, have desire to be the best, and work well with a team.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver Guest Positive Experience from inquiry to check-out.
• Help guests with their questions and concerns before, during and after their stays.
• Work with Sales Manager to generate more bookings

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience. Hotel industry or Airbnb preferred.
• Sufficient computer and network skills to connect to our cloud-based system and software remotely
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English

Requirements:
• Graduated from a university
• Have solid knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas or willing to learn
• Have high speed internet and reliable computer
• Must be fluent in English
