We are an e-commerce company with a small online store selling two product online.
We are looking for someone who can work full time from 10 am-6 pm PHILIPPINES time. It can be further adjusted. The virtual assistant will need to:
a. Do
Tasks Includes:
1. Orders delivery checking
- maintain a database of problematic orders (delay or loss)
- check the status once in 72 hours and inform the owner of the site.
2.
- respond to customer requests about the delivery status of their order
- keep a database of problematic orders (delay or loss)
- get feedback from customers about convenience
b. Do Chat and
Tasks Includes:
- answer questions about a product
- offer discount coupons in messages and lead the customer to the purchase
- respond to customer requests about the delivery status of their order
- get feedback from customers about convenience
c. Need to be a good decision taker and know how to tackle problems in eCommerce store. We need some one experienced. English fluent.
Salary will start at $200/month for full-time job (40 hours a week) and grow as we reach the monthly
