We are hiring a RE EXECUTIVE SALES ASSISTANTt who has 5 stars in both written and spoken English
for one of our favorite clients.

He is a good friend, a family man, and a smart businessman who has his hands in a lot
of different business opportunities including real estate, stock trading, brick and mortar
businesses and more. He works with CEOs Sports Celebrities, Movie Stars and other
high profile people and so will you!

Looking for an Executive RE Sales Assistant! THIS MUST BE YOUR ONE AND ONLY JOB! We track and are aware of the time it takes to do tasks and do time audits regularly. The salary is based on a Full 40 hour work week. My friend has 4 VAs who have been working with my friend for over 8 years. TRAINING SALARY IS $600 PER MONTH. WITHIN A YEAR SHOULD BE AT OR AROUND $1100 USD A MONTH

He needs help staying in front of people, staying in touch with
people and getting in front of new people which is why he is looking for a virtual
assistant with strong spoken and written English skills.

The starting pay is Competitive per month with raise potential at 90 days (full time - salary Plus up to 20,000 PHP Monthly bonus).

The first month will be all about you learning his social media & communication
personality style; his tone and the way he presents himself on social media and through


email. You will be learning all you can about him and learning to mimic that style so you
can become him using all of his social media accounts as well as communicating on his
behalf through email.

The job duties (after you learn how to mimic his style of communication)
- Utilize social media
- Create new posts and add new groups to participate in
- Create the content on his behalf
- Edit basic videos for social media
- COLD Call Beast Mode for Getting appointments and closing appointments
- Email outreach
- Following up with potential clients
- Nurturing potential clients through the pre-sales process (know his marketing funnels &
help him get them closer to becoming a paid client)
-- Keep prospects (potential customers) organized
- Maintain Trello boards for organization
- Use slack for communication
-Mojo Dialer
- Google drive

This job is all about having a confident personality and a willingness to figure out how
to do tasks independently. My friend wants a confidant “go-getter’ "Super Star" personality to help
him. He wants someone that can manage their time well and does not need follow up
from him to make things happen.

A Scheduled Raise: There will be a planned salary increase if you have developed
proficiency in your job duties after the first 3 months
* and once you are able to fully take on the job duties he needs help with.

Benefits:

After one year: additional benefits will be provided including another income raise Medical SSS and A new Gaming Type Computer laptop or desktop of your choice up to 100000 pesos
Trip to Las Vegas and New York Every other year for Company parties.
