Ignite Group is a performance-driven creative-focused social media agency for automotive retailers- think Ford, Kia, Land Rover and more! We strive to make ads and content relevant so that car shoppers welcome it across multiple social platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
The Role
Ignite Group is currently looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant who is ready to hit the ground running and join our young high-achieving team. Working alongside the Content Team, it will be your responsibility to write engaging copy for Facebook posts, promote Facebook posts, use a third-party Instagram scheduling platform, and complete various admin tasks. If you have Google Analytics and/or Google Ads experience, that’s a bonus! Please note, previous experience will be a big defining factor in working with Ignite Group.
Objectives of this Role

- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
- Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Use social media marketing tools such as Creator Studio and OnlyPult
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Minimum 2 years of professional copywriting experience
- Exceptional writing and research skill
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with content management systems, Creator Studio etc
- Proofreading experiences
- Google Analytics and/or Google Ads experience is a plus
