Virtual Assistant Needed

This position is a part time position that may be required for long term work.
Working hours: Office Hours (To be discussed), Part Time
Salary: Project based for a start. Monthly will be considered after probation depending on performance.
Time Zone: Singapore Time

Trial of 1 week will be required before official hire. You will be paid for your time.

Job Scope
Editing of photos with following requirement:
- Remove background and adjust lighting if needed
- Ensure photos of the same products are uniformly centralized in photo for product photos taken in-house
- Removal of any water mark, logo and text
- Adding of customer’s logo in photo
- Edited in Photoshop and Canva
- Removal of any water mark, logo and text
- Translate from Chinese to English using Google Translate and input translated text in photo tastefully/ Translate from Chinese to Indonesian & English using Google Translate and input translated text in photo tastefully
- Resize photo to less than 100kb but maintaining high resolution preferably unless resolution is compromised
Copy writing about these products
Creation of Social Media Marketing content
Setup and create content for mailchimp accounts for different business
Manage Qoo10, Lazada and Shopee accounts
Manage Ecommerce website
Customer Service handling via email
Data Entry on Xero
Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Skills Needed
Basic Ms Office
Basic copywriting knowledge in products
Mailchimp
Adobe software
Filmora9 software or other video editing software
Canva for content design
Customer Service knowledge
Qoo10, Lazada and Shopee knowledge will be plus
Shopify knowledge will be plus (otherwise some training will be provided)
