Role Definition:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client leads and closing inquiry calls/leads through cold/warm calling. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the professional community who are in a position to refer potential clients to the company and through maintaining and developing new marketing methods. They will also receive purchased leads via online marketing that will need to be attended to in a timely fashion and turn them into an appointment with the CEO in a good quality matter. They will also need to attend to any chat inquiries through our website.

Responsibility Deliverable:
Managing and Developing referral sources
Leads Management
Assist with administrative tasks in the office as assigned
Monitor other appointment setter and sales calls with other agents


Tasks & Activities:
Managing and Developing Referral Sources
-Identify Influence centers who will be reached out to or followed up on during the week.
-Reach out to new and old relationships in Influence centers to cultivate relationships with our business and generate referral business
-Set appointments with CEO to continue the conversation once they have shown interest
-Eventually will take on some of the responsibility to cultivate the relationship themselves

Leads Management
-Attend to referrals generated by the above activity and book an assessment with CEO
-Attend to new purchased leads with ultimate speed and great quality conversation. This will require VA to be able to have an actual conversation without following a script (guidance and training will be provided)
-Follow up on recent and old leads that may not be ready to buy now, but maybe in the future.
-Attend to any online chat inquiries through our website

Assist with Administrative Tasks in the office as assigned
-May be requested to assist with a current or new client or employee outreach
-May be requested to do some new or existing vendor research
-Other administrative support tasks as assigned

Measurement Metrics:
Daily reports to CEO on what the VA has done for the day measurable metrics
Maintain a 40% leads to an assessment conversion ratio. Will be expected to maintain a 50% conversion after 3-6 months.
Expected to make 5-10 new contacts with Influence centers per week. This will take an estimate 50-100 outreach phone calls per week to obtain
Expected to help cultivate the Influence center relationships that have helped develop. Over time, this will become more prominent and new Influence centers will become less prominent (although always looking for new relationships).

Skills
-Must have excellent English written and verbal skills.
-Highly preferred if they know how to use CRM tools such as HubSpot
-Ability to work well under high pressure
-Ability to learn and adapt quickly
-Ability to communicate with the CEO and express concerns instead of “ghosting” us.
-BPO Experience
-Must be willing and able to use time doctor software.
-Must have fast and reliable Internet

Knowledge
-Understands the Senior Living setting and problems with aging such as Dementia, Parkinsons, Neuropathy, Stroke, etc. and the effects that these have on the family members
-Preferably has a medical or senior living/ senior care related background. Someone who has lived or professionally worked through a situation where their aging parent needed help

IMPORTANT: They need to be able to listen closely to the situation at hand, empathize with the individual on the phone and offer a solution in a caring and loving way without being a “pushy salesman”. They need to be able to have a genuine and loving conversation that will lead to a sale.
