I’m hiring for a PART TIME/ LEADING TO FULL TIME long term position for the right person, with philippines work hours of 8am- 4pm

BUT - I am really looking for someone who is OUTSTANDING and SUPER HIGH LEVEL and is willing to learn and grow with my business.

I’M NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
>> is unreliable in any way
>> disappears for hours at a time/doesn’t communicate effectively if there is issues with working hours/connection
>> gets overwhelmed easily and focuses on problems versus solutions
>> needs a lot of 1:1 support constantly (there will be an onboarding/training period but I require someone really high level who can support me)

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
>> Customer service
>> Website Entry/ Basic Building
>> Training for new skills
>> Managing online projects
>> providing right hand/PA type support to me as needed

**REQUIRED** EXPERIENCE
>> MUST have experience being a virtual assistant
>> worked in the online world before and familiar with how it works
>> FULLY independent
>> being a ‘creative solutions machine’ - i.e have a SOLUTION focussed attitude

BONUS SKILLS (these are desired but not required)
>> Experience using online project management tools
