We have been looking for a very intelligent filipino ESL teacher ready to teach Japanese students.

*When you are expected to work?*
You're expected to work every day in the evening and this may be scary. But, fret you not! You will still just be working for 40h a week only. Your work hour will be split into 7 days, so you will work for about 5.5h a day. Sometimes, I do ask you to work in the morning, but it happens very rarely and you'll be mostly in charge of evening lessons.

*What materials to use*
The materials you will be using have been created by the owner and each student has their own lesson plan. You will just follow the materials assigned to each student, you do not have to create any materials.

*Trainings*
Training will be initiated by the owner himself and it will last for a ---------- will be a paid training and you will go through an hour long training per day. You will be paid 50 peso for an hour during the probation period. The payment for the training will be made together with your first salary, which will be paid three weeks after you start your ---------- case you drop out in the first 3 weeks, you won't be paid.

*Payment*
Payment will be made via PayPal twice a month. Your compensation is 20,000 peso ( including transaction fees) and it is fixed.

*Requirement*
1. You must have a functioning laptop and fast internet connection.
2. All your English skills should be above the standard. Assessment tests will be given before you will be proceeded with the interviews.
3. You must be ready to be committed to the job for at least a year.
4. You must be dedicated and passionate about teaching
5. Experience is not required. As long as you have a great personality, passion for teaching, and are great at English, you will be a perfect fit for the position.
