• Minimum 3 years’ experience (Preferably in Mediterranean Cuisine)
• With valid drivers’ license. (Preferably)
• Should be capable of managing & organizing Food & Beverage Department.
• Should be a Team leader & capable of managing & training the junior staff.
• Should be able to plan and promote an innovative Mediterranean Cuisine for the different restaurants.
• Willingness to learn and take on board instructions.
• Time management skills.
