Complete TEAM of Video Editor, Video Content Maker, Director, Marketing Manager, Research Etc.

Hi! We need to open and create various YouTube channels, and I would be needing a COMPLETE TEAM of who will direct, create, manage, edit our videos. From the content creator, research, editors, and someone who knows about Marketing. Please let me know the position/roles that is needed for the project, a video sample, and your rate (for the whole team) for a month.
