Architect / 3D Renderings

Hi There!

My name is Matthew Munroe, owner of a roofing and construction company.

I am looking for a architect that is well versed with creating 3D Rendering models and 2D plans who can help me during the week for an average of 20 - 30 hours per week, ideally long term. I require someone with great research skills to help grow the company by investigating future possibilities long term.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality and photorealistic 3D images of room settings and environments, both still images and videos
• Basic editing and retouching as needed, e.g. cropping, color correction and other special effects
• Stay current with and early adopters of new 3D, animation, and image processing techniques and trends

Qualifications Needed
a. Excellent English comprehension and technical writing ability. Must speak great English.
b. Problem solving abilities
c. data entry experience
d. Design skills would be a plus
e. Must be familiar with project management software (trello).
f. Must be familiar with 3D Rendering Software like SketchUp Pro, Lumion, or Blender. Will need visual rendering plans created for project briefings and methodology plans. Will also need 2D plans and 3D models of residential and commercial structures created.
g. Professional experience in architectural visualization, 3D or relevant field.
h. Good understanding of camera and lighting in 3D
