Experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are a Canada based company that are selling home decor products on Amazon in the last 2 years. We are looking for an experienced e-commerce or amazon va/general manager to add to our small but growing team (2 in phillipines currently).

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-learner with great organizational and data analysis skills. You will be comfortable with technology and research additional information that is necessary to perform job duties. Training is provided. This position is for part time work (20 hours/week) but can increase to full time depending on the workload. This is a LONG TERM position for a growing Amazon e-commerce company.

Responsibilities:
• Customer service tasks like replying to customers
• Review management (commenting on reviews, removing negative reviews, etc)
• Listing Optimization
• Managing customer refunds and returns
• Tracking inventory levels at fulfillment centres and warehouses
• Stock forecasting and make recommendations for reordering
• Communicating and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and freight forwarders
• Analyze product performance with KPIs like revenue, keyword ranking, CTR, etc
• Calculate product landing costs, margins and prices
• Assist in product development and launches
• Gather new keywords from PPC reports and software
• Create weekly newsletters
• Assist in other marketing related tasks
• Small graphic Design work

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Amazon or E-commerce related work
Strong internet connection
• Knowledge of Amazon related tools like Helium10, Viral Launch or Jungle Scout
• Excellent in using Excel for data analysis
• English fluency in written and verbal communication
• Tech savvy with common tools (slack, g-suite, clickup)
Team player and results-oriented
• Strong analytical skills capable of processing and interpreting large amounts of data
• Reliable and fast computer with reliable internet
• Strong attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision
• Experience with digital marketing (email marketing, list building, landing pages is a BONUS)

Schedule
20 ---------- n adjust to full-time if needed.

Salary
$250/mo for 20hrs/week
