IT Project Manager

Seeking experienced project manager\business analyst who has worked with medium scale projects. Experience should be at least two years working projects that cover schedule, scope, quality, risk etc.

We will be managing projects which involve move/add/change of business locations. Your job will be to ensure these projects run smoothly, with the assistance of people who are working locally. You will help manage and co-ordinate the movement of equipment and reconfiguration of information systems as needed to move, close, or consolidate business locations.

You won't have to deal with the hands-on aspect of the information systems, just ensure that everything that needs to be done, gets done.

Ability to problem solve is essential.

Some tasks include:

- Developing project plan
- Weekly status reports
- Tracking Milestones
- Documentation management on processes and procedures as they evolve.

This will be waterfall method, but if you have other methodology experience (AGILE\SCRUM etc) that would be adequate too.

Each project tends to be 3 months long, but there are multiple projects to be completed.
