We are in-need of an Amazon Account Manager to whom we can delegate over very important fulfillment and creative tasks to. Please do not apply if you do not have any related or relevant work experiences.

Some example responsibilities you will be doing everyday:
* Responding to customer emails in a professional manner
* Creating listings and optimizing it from the ground up, which can involve:
1. Selecting appropriate category for new listings
2. Creating keyword-rich title, bullets
3. Editing images (you will be given some raw images, and you will then create visual texts or infographics to make the listing stand out). Knowledge of Photoshop is very important. A creative eye is key.
4. Assist in managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns. Knowledge of the different types of Amazon advertising is very important e.g. Sponsored Brands, Display, etc.
5. Downloading the different kinds of Amazon Reporting. A good understanding what the reports are would be helpful.
6. Help in creating and managing BULK FBA shipments.
7. Monitoring account health status and taking appropriate steps to improve them.
8. Familiarity with Brand Registry and the features available to sellers enrolled in Brand Registry.
9. Opening and monitoring cases. Knowledge on how Seller Support operates is helpful.
10. Creating variations, trouble shooting technical issues that arises from creating variations. Knowledge of the flaws of the Amazon catalog is a must.


Job description:
You will be working from Upgrade to see actual infomunication is done via email. There will be no outbound calls – we are not a call center. Conference call via Skype to be done on occasions to discuss certain Upgrade to see actual infoerview: We will be doing interviews as soon as possible to test the knowledge of applicants.

Working hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Probationary period: 1 month
Compensation: $550 or more / month (Depends on experience)
