Web Deisgner for Wordpress

My existing website on wordpress needs a refresh. I am a blogger, podcaster and YouTuber, and after years of tweaking on my own, I need someone to not only refresh my website's functionality, but also, its ---------- ndidates should be confident making a website that functions well, can be navigated clearly, and looks great. Please provides references of websites that you have previously designed when you apply.
