Looking for Dedicated Full-time Virtual Assistant/Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to work with us in our fast-growing digital marketing company. We are currently a team of 10 and are looking for help with project management tasks & SEO tasks (You do not need to know SEO, I will teach you)

I am one of the owners of LeadsForward and I need your help with many of the tasks I currently handle so that I can put my focus on other aspects of the business.

Here are the main requirements that I need:
1. I need someone who can work regular business hours Eastern Time (US)
2. MUST have amazing communication and English ability
3. Must be a team player. Collaboration is a huge reason why we are successful, so you must not be afraid to ask questions and ask for help from the right people.
4. You must have a fast computer with a great internet connection.
5. We need someone that is very tech-savvy since this is the business we are in. You will learn to troubleshoot and help clients through tech issues in real-time as well, as you learn more of the inner workings of our business.
6. Must be extremely organized with a high attention to detail so that mistakes are realized quickly and not repeated often.

We have an amazing team and we are just looking to grow with the right like-minded people =)

Responsibilities:
**These responsibilities will not be all taken on at once. You will start at 10 hours/week and grow to 40 hours per week within the first 1-2 months**
1. Helping Launch Websites & SEO Campaigns
2. Organizing excel and project management tasks
3. Data entry
4. Creating social media profiles
5. Getting backlinks for our websites (will show you how
6. Other project management related tasks

If you are the ROCKSTAR we need and you fully think you can grow into these responsibilities in a reasonable amount of time. We would love to have you on the team! Our starting salary IS just starting. The faster you learn to take on the responsibilities above for us the higher your income will go. We see this position easily reaching $1,000/month once we are fully confident in your abilities.

We also offer 1 paid sick day per month (accumulating)
We pay 13th-month bonuses
We pay salaries monthly at the end of the month. (The first month we can do bi-weekly if that is more comfortable)
