Real Estate LEAD Acquisition Manager for a U.S. based Real Estate Investor group who focus on fix and flip and wholesale

1) You will need to scrub a list of potential wholesale and fix and flip deals
2) Will need to call to confirm availability using info from list site, ---------- etc.
3) If available, will need to analyze a deal quickly. Must be familiar with ARV calculations.
4) Will need to schedule a closing meeting with one of our OPs managers.
5) Will need to enter said deal into TRELLO which you will have access to and label deals accordingly
