Drip campaign/email marketing expert - long term

We are a design agency based in Switzerland, looking for a long term Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage email marketing campaigns for our online shop selling home goods.

Please DO NOT apply if you are not familiar with setting up automations, best practices for holidays and weekly emails, and most importantly optimizing segmentations.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will develop+manage strategies and execute email marketing automation and campaigns for us.

We provide:

- Flexible hours, there is no micromanagement in our company, so it's important to be self-sufficient and deliver results.
- You will be working with our graphic designer, she will provide the designs for your campaigns.
- Fixed amount of hours every month

Requirements:

- Extremely organized and attention to detail
- Expert in email marketing, at least 2 years experience
- Able to create drop campaigns
- Target subscribers lists with relevant
- Able to provide and analyze statistics - we are really big on data!
- Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors
- Conduct users survey via email
- Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes
- We currently work with Mailchimp, but willing to change if you think it's needed
