Junior PHP Web Developer

We're an Australian web company, specialising in WordPress and Laravel PHP development for our clients.

We're looking for a junior PHP web developer that can demonstrate potential for growth while working with us to deliver awesome web solutions for our clients.

We're also looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

We're looking for a great candidate who can work from home that fits our needs below:

* At least 1 year experience building websites and apps using HTML5, CSS, PHP and Javascript... or can demonstrate a good fundamental understanding of these technologies
* Great attention to detail on a visual level and code level
* Good English speaking and writing skills
* Experienced with WordPress theme development
* Experienced with writing their own Javascript code
* Has basic skills with Git (using command line or SourceTree)
* Database design skills -> will be a bonus

Responsibilities include:

* Build new websites, web applications and mobile app solutions
* Testing the solutions that you build in a test environment and submitting requests to merge code into the final solution
* Attend to support requests that come through to our team, these requests may be small or a bit more complex

** NOTE: There will be a 10 week review period for the person that we hire **
