Shopify developer to do A/B testing - fixed hours monthly, long term, design provided

I have a quite established online store, which I need to tweak from time to time - implementing changes, adjusting design, do A/B testing (designs provided by our designer).

Hours are flexible, I would pay for a fixed amount of hours each month - so you have security.

I need someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, highly-organized, and has problem-solving skills. There is no micromanagement in our company, but we expect results. So it's important to be self-sufficient.

Requirements:
- Expert in Shopify
- being able to test store pages A/B and provide analytics is a must
- Shopify stores samples
- Extremely organized and timely

Tasks:
- Monthly support
- Increase the speed of webshop
- Change design
- Create custom solutions and optimize the user experience
- Analyze statistics
